2) MEASUREMENT OF THE WIDTH FITTING | It is the measurement between foot’s length and its circumference. The width fitting and the proprietary name of the shape are marked on each shoe: E corresponds to slim, F refers to medium while G to large feet. |

3) THE CHOISE OF THE RIGHT HEEL | A low heel (up to 2 cm) and an average heel (up to 4 cm) are ideal heel heights for those people who spend a lot of time standing up. It is advisable to wear high heeled shoes (> 4.5 cm) only on special occasions. |

4) MEASUREMENT OF THE RIGHT SHOE LENGTH | The shoe has to fit properly, without being too short nor too long. In order to guarantee a correct movement of the foot, the ideal shoe length should be 0.7 cm longer than the big toe. |

5) THE WIDTH IS IMPORTANT | It is not advisable to constrict a wide-shaped foot to wear a tight shoe, and vice versa. Inside the shoe your toes should remain fan-shaped and the maximum inclination allowed for the big toe is 15°. |

7) BEFORE BUYING | Before buying a pair of shoes it would be preferable to wear them both for, at least, one minute. New shoes have to be comfortable and feel like they have already been worn for a long time . |
